According to statistics announced by United Nations Statistical Office, in comparison with the previous year petrochemical intermediates export sharply went up by 2 192.31%. The variable strongly rose by 285 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it grew by 333.33 percent. Turkey saw a growth of 1 390% in petrochemical intermediates export over the past 22 years. Furthermore, it has attained a 1.26% CAGR during the 5 years with a marginal overall drop since the 1996. It averaged 197.45 kilogram from 1996 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 4 000 kilogram in 2010 and record low of 3 kilogram in 2015.
