Re-export of maps and charts printed in book form from Hong Kong decreases in 2017

United Nations Statistical Office published that books export strongly diminished by 92.98 percent in 2017. The indicator went down greatly from 70 620 kilogram in 2016 to 4 954 kilogram previous year, in contrast to the prior year when it grew by 34.18 percent. Hong Kong saw a decrease of 96.62% in books export during the last 18 years. Besides, it has shown a raise at a 0.63 percent average annual growth rate over the last five years with a negligible overall drop since the start of observations. It averaged 35 372.33 kilogram from 2000 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 146 489 kilogram in 2000 and record low of 50 kilogram in 2011.
