Import of fresh or chilled bone-in bovine cuts to Namibia declines in 2016

Cattle import diminished sharply by 44.56% in comparison with the prior year, according to figures published by United Nations Statistical Office. The variable greatly declined by 179 558 US Dollar, compared to the previous year when it grew by 172.86 percent. Namibia saw a raise of 760.62% in cattle import over the past 17 years. Though, it has had a negative CAGR of 0.05 percent over the last 5 years with a modest overall increase since the start of time series. It averaged 238 485.88 US Dollar from 2000 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 1 195 251 US Dollar in 2008 and record low of 25 963 US Dollar in 2000.
