Export of multiple (folded) or cabled cotton yarn of combed fibres containing less than 85% by weight of cotton, measuring per single yarn less than 125 decitex from South Korea: Growth in 2017

Cotton export greatly climbed by 33.04 percent in comparison with the same time a year ago, revised statistics from United Nations Statistical Office show. Cotton export went up strongly by 789.22 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it increased by 162.24%. South Korea saw a raise of 1 695.6% in cotton export during the last 30 years. Likewise, it has shown a 2.8% CAGR over the last 5 years with a slight overall increase since the start of time series. It averaged 7 002.07 kilogram from 1988 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 26 675 kilogram in 2004 and record low of 4 kilogram in 2013.
