Re-import of gas-operated machinery for welding to New Zealand declines in 2017

United Nations Statistical Office reported that industrial equipment import sharply went down by 99.4% compared to the previous year. The indicator dropped strongly by 497 kilogram, in comparison with the prior year when it grew by 24 900 percent. The overall changes for the previous 7 years reached a decline of 94.23%. Likewise, it has shown a drop at a 0.28% compound average annual growth rate over the five years with a modest overall diminution since the start of observations. It averaged 3 459 kilogram from 2011 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 18 024 kilogram in 2012 and record low of 2 kilogram in 2015.
