Chromium consumption in South Korea grows in 2015

In comparison to the prior year the indicator rose by 11.15 percent, revised figures from U.S. Geological Survey demonstrate. Chromium consumption grew by 30 thousand tonnes, compared with the prior year when it dropped by 7.24%. The overall changes for the previous 13 years hit a growth of 17.72%. Furthermore, it has shown a 0.01 percent average annual growth rate during the five years with a sharp overall rise since the start of time series. It averaged 278.72 thousand tonnes from 2003 to 2015 and it reached its all-time high of 385 thousand tonnes in 2009 and record low of 220 thousand tonnes in 2008.
