Export of walnuts in shell from Viet Nam: Drop in 2016

Compared with the previous year walnuts export greatly decreased by 61.62%, according to refreshed statistics released by United Nations Statistical Office. Walnuts export fell sharply by 2 203.51 US Dollar, versus the prior year when it rose by 1 177.14 percent. The overall changes for the previous 14 years attained a fall of 97.33%. Moreover, it has had a decrease at a 0.12 percent CAGR over the last five years with a negligible overall decline since the start of time series. It averaged 22 984.82 US Dollar from 2003 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 145 109 US Dollar in 2004 and record low of 280 US Dollar in 2014.
