Import of sets of hand tools put up in sets for retail sale to Bahrain grows in 2016

In comparison with the prior year construction equipment import sharply went up by 156.01 percent, according to new figures presented by United Nations Statistical Office. Construction equipment import rose greatly by 39 566 kilogram, versus the previous year when it declined by 16.84 percent. Bahrain saw an increase of 1 483.97% in construction equipment import over the past 17 years. Furthermore, it has had a raise at a 0.26 percent average annual growth rate over the 5 years with a marginal overall growth since the 2000. It averaged 22 742.53 kilogram from 2000 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 69 281 kilogram in 2011 and record low of 3 519 kilogram in 2009.
