Import of knitted or crocheted women's and girls' blouses and shirts of man-made fibre to India: Growth in 2017
Women's clothing import increased greatly by 60.62 percent compared to the prior year, refreshed numbers from United Nations Statistical Office highlight. It's the highest value on record since 2000 as women's clothing import strongly climbed by 148 277.66 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it grew by 48.88 percent. India saw a rise of 2 939.95% in women's clothing import over the past 18 years. Moreover, it has shown the compound annual growth rate of 0.24 percent during the last 5 years with a marginal overall increase since the 2000. It averaged 87 882.04 kilogram from 2000 to 2017 and it attained its minimum of 2 164 kilogram in 2003.
