Export of trunks, suit-cases with outer surface of leather from Philippines rises in 2017

United Nations Statistical Office reported that consumer goods export climbed sharply by 533.63 percent in comparison to the same time an year ago. The indicator went up strongly from 20 295 000 US Dollar to 128 595 240 US Dollar, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it grew by 8.19 percent. It reveals the all-time peak since 1996. Philippines saw a rise of 37 582.59% in consumer goods export over the past 22 years. Moreover, it has had a 1.35 percent compound annual growth rate over the five years with a slight overall increase since the start of observations. It averaged 8 465 681.5 US Dollar from 1996 to 2017 and it attained its minimum of 18 953 US Dollar in 2008.
