Export of penicillins or streptomycins not in dosage forms from Europe falls in 2017

In 2017 pharmaceutical export strongly diminished by 33.39 percent, new numbers from United Nations Statistical Office indicate. The variable fell sharply by 560 069.75 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it decreased by 20.73 percent. The overall changes for the prior 18 years reached a diminution of 44.25%. Likewise, it has shown a decrease at a 0.16 percent compound average annual growth rate during the last 5 years with a negligible overall growth since the start of time series. It averaged 1 686 083.57 kilogram from 2000 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 3 565 916 kilogram in 2014 and record low of 814 860 kilogram in 2009.
