Import of potassium carbonates to Barbados grows in 2017

United Nations Statistical Office reported that in comparison with the prior year potassium carbonates import climbed sharply by 3 747.22%. Potassium carbonates import strongly went up from 36 kilogram in 2016 to 1 385 kilogram previous year, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it rose by 414.29%. Barbados saw a decrease of 94.09% in potassium carbonates import over the past 21 years. Likewise, it has attained a 2.22 percent compound annual growth rate during the last 5 years with a modest overall decline since the start of observations. It averaged 1 808.67 kilogram from 1997 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 23 421 kilogram in 1997 and record low of 1 kilogram in 2004.
