Import of yarn of artificial staple fibres not packaged for retail sale to Netherlands rises in 2017

According to figures issued by European Commission, the indicator went up strongly by 36.13 percent in comparison with the previous year. Yarn import sharply climbed by 1 297 050 Euro, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it grew by 4.44 percent. The overall changes for the previous 23 years attained a growth of 11.59%. Still it has had a negative average annual growth rate of 0.02% during the five years with a modest overall diminution since the start of observations. It averaged 3 605 638.26 Euro from 1995 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 6 229 310 Euro in 1997 and record low of 3 000 540 Euro in 2004.
