Import of yarn of artificial staple fibres not packaged for retail sale to Netherlands goes up in 2016

According to numbers published by European Commission, compared with the same time an year ago yarn import rose hardly by 4.44%. The indicator increased slightly by 152 550 Euro, versus the prior year when it diminished by 24.95%. Netherlands saw an increase of 13.07% in yarn import over the past 14 years. Though, it has had a negative compound annual growth rate of 0.06 percent over the last five years with a slight overall growth since the 2003. It averaged 4 123 752.86 Euro from 2003 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 5 919 130 Euro in 2007 and record low of 3 000 540 Euro in 2004.
