Import of live horses except pure-bred breeding to Latvia: Drop in 2016

Horses import declined by 20% compared with the previous year, new figures from United Nations Statistical Office demonstrate. The indicator fell from 75 in 2015 to 60 prior year, in comparison to the previous year when it grew by 294.74%. Latvia saw a rise of 233.33% in horses import during the last 13 years. As well as it has attained the compound annual growth rate of 0.47 percent during the last 5 years with a modest overall increase since the start of time series. It averaged 14.23 from 2004 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 75 in 2015 and record low of 1 in 2010.
