Import of cane molasses to Belgium: Diminution in 2017

In comparison to the previous year food ingredient import dropped by 20.64%, according to new figures announced by European Commission. Food ingredient import declined by 4 223 640 Euro, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it decreased by 11.84%. Belgium saw a diminution of 8.39% in food ingredient import over the past 23 years. Furthermore, it has had a fall at a 0.07% CAGR during the last 5 years with a modest overall growth since the start of time series. It averaged 15 176 448.26 Euro from 1995 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 26 914 290 Euro in 2002 and record low of 8 498 680 Euro in 2010.
