Export of footwear with outer sole of rubber or plastics and uppers of leather from Guatemala: Decrease in 2016

United Nations Statistical Office reported that in comparison to the same time an year ago footwear export decreased by 19.06%. The indicator went down from 167 160 kilogram to 135 303 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it declined by 10.34 percent. The overall changes for the previous 24 years reached a rise of 724.01%. Though, it has had a decrease at a 0.15 percent average annual growth rate over the last five years with a marginal overall increase since the start of time series. It averaged 832 932.5 kilogram from 1993 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 2 969 241 kilogram in 2006 and record low of 2 553 kilogram in 1996.
