Re-import of sets of hand tools put up in sets for retail sale to Canada drops in 2016

Construction equipment import dropped sharply by 37.23% compared with the prior year, revised statistics from United Nations Statistical Office indicate. The indicator declined greatly from 28 256 kilogram in 2015 to 17 736 kilogram previous year, versus the prior year when it rose by 7.04%. The overall changes for the previous 17 years attained a growth of 2 398.03%. However, it has had a negative CAGR of 0.1 percent during the last five years with a marginal overall increase since the start of observations. It averaged 11 920.59 kilogram from 2000 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 32 363 kilogram in 2006 and record low of 108 kilogram in 2001.
