Re-export of tufted carpets of manmade textile materials other than nylon and polyamides from Moldova goes down in 2017
According to numbers presented by United Nations Statistical Office, the variable dropped greatly by 93.86% compared with the prior year. Carpet export sharply diminished by 29 938 kilogram, in contrast to the previous year when it grew by 613.85%. It's the lowest record in its history since 2007. Moldova saw a diminution of 73% in carpet export over the past 11 years. Moreover, it has had a negative average annual growth rate of 0.54% during the 5 years with a marginal overall fall since the 2007. It averaged 40 521.82 kilogram from 2007 to 2017 and it reached its maximum of 121 574 kilogram in 2012.
