Crude oil closing stocks in Denmark drops in May 2018

According to new numbers published by JODI Data, the variable declined by 8.04 percent in May 2018. Crude oil closing stocks diminished from 3 758.7 thousand barrels to 3 456.53 thousand barrels, versus the previous month when it increased by 17.51 percent. In May of the year before, the indicator fell by -15.88% and hit 3 161.73 thousand barrels. When examining the year-on-year situation, a 9.32% increase can be announced between May 2017 and May of the year after. The overall changes for the prior 16 years attained a rise of 6.83%. Moreover, the crude oil closing stocks is now above average of 3 296.82 thousand barrels with a sharp overall growth since the start of observations. It reached its all-time high of 4 525.18 thousand barrels in January 2013 and record low of 2 174.15 thousand barrels in April 2003.
