Export of fresh or chilled onions and shallots from Poland: Decline in 2017

Onions export fell barely by 0.41% in comparison with the previous year, revised numbers from United Nations Statistical Office constitute. The indicator negligibly went down from 40 667 752 US Dollar in 2016 to 40 500 100 US Dollar prior year, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it decreased by 1.45%. Poland saw a rise of 34.39% in onions export during the last 24 years. Still it has had a decline at a 0.02% CAGR over the last 5 years with a slight overall growth since the start of time series. It averaged 35 710 864.08 US Dollar from 1994 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 62 953 692 US Dollar in 2008 and record low of 11 839 086 US Dollar in 1997.
