The variable went up strongly from 12 in 2015 to 31 prior year, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it climbed by 500 percent. The overall changes for the prior 17 years reached a growth of 287.5%. Still it has had a decrease at a 0.27 percent compound annual growth rate during the last five years with a sharp overall increase since the 2000. It averaged 14.76 from 2000 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 151 in 2012 and record low of 1 in 2001.
