Import of sets of hand tools put up in sets for retail sale to Aruba: Diminution in 2016

According to statistics announced by United Nations Statistical Office, in comparison to one year earlier construction equipment import declined by 23.97 percent. The indicator dropped by 3 785 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it diminished by 8.54 percent. Aruba saw a rise of 90.16% in construction equipment import during the last 8 years. Moreover, it has shown a 0.05% compound annual growth rate over the five years with a slight overall raise since the start of observations. It averaged 12 798.5 kilogram from 2009 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 17 264 kilogram in 2014 and record low of 6 313 kilogram in 2009.
