Re-export of black tea in packages less than 3 kg from Barbados goes down in 2017

Black tea export went down sharply by 78.93 percent in comparison with the prior year, according to numbers announced by United Nations Statistical Office. Black tea export greatly declined from 9 642 kilogram in 2016 to 2 032 kilogram previous year, compared to the prior year when it went up by 229.64 percent. The overall changes for the previous 20 years hit a decrease of 92.87%. As well as it has had a negative CAGR of 0.06 percent during the last 5 years with a slight overall drop since the start of observations. It averaged 4 446 kilogram from 1998 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 28 492 kilogram in 1998 and record low of 25 kilogram in 2004.
