Export of fresh or chilled bone-in swine hams, shoulders and cuts from Bulgaria: Increase in 2017

United Nations Statistical Office reported that pork export increased strongly by 204.63 percent compared with the prior year. The variable grew sharply by 39 173 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it went up by 1 242.43 percent. The overall changes for the prior 22 years hit a raise of 296.01%. However, it has attained a negative compound average annual growth rate of 0.07% during the last 5 years with a modest overall increase since the start of observations. It averaged 106 424.18 kilogram from 1996 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 1 475 146 kilogram in 2011 and record low of 1 426 kilogram in 2015.
