Re-import of fishing vessels and factory ships to Australia: Rise in 2016

Compared with the prior year the variable climbed sharply by 297.11 percent, revised figures from United Nations Statistical Office indicate. Maritime transport import grew strongly by 2 231 936 US Dollar, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it increased by 105.59%. The overall changes for the prior 17 years hit an increase of 573.28%. As well as it has attained the compound average annual growth rate of 0.33% during the last five years with a marginal overall rise since the start of time series. It averaged 1 408 511.06 US Dollar from 2000 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 4 772 891 US Dollar in 2011 and record low of 26 979 US Dollar in 2001.
