Export of egg yolks except dried from New Zealand: Rise in 2017

Egg yolk export greatly went up by 94.32 percent in 2017, updated numbers from United Nations Statistical Office indicate. Egg yolk export rose strongly by 44 362.57 US Dollar, in contrast to the previous year when it fell by 29.83 percent. New Zealand saw a growth of 4 769.29% in egg yolk export during the last 26 years. Moreover, it has shown a 0.07% average annual growth rate over the 5 years with a negligible overall raise since the start of observations. It averaged 74 806.21 US Dollar from 1992 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 567 768 US Dollar in 2010 and record low of 145 US Dollar in 2001.
