Salt production in Kazakhstan grows in 2015

The variable negligibly increased by 0.59 percent compared to the previous year, according to new data announced by U.S. Geological Survey. Salt production slightly grew by 3.49 thousand tonnes, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it went up by 12.28%. It's the highest ever diagnosed since 2003. The overall changes for the previous 13 years reached a raise of 108.89%. Besides, it has attained the compound annual growth rate of 0.1 percent over the five years with a negligible overall growth since the 2003. It averaged 385.9 thousand tonnes from 2003 to 2015 and it attained its minimum of 178.17 thousand tonnes in 2005.
