Gas and diesel refinery output in Papua New Guinea drops in May 2018

The variable dropped by 18.42 percent in comparison to the prior month, refreshed statistics from JODI Data highlight. Gas and diesel oil production went down by 7.23 thousand tonnes, contrarily to the previous month when it increased by 46.92%. The data hit 45.72 thousand tonnes in May 2017, which is a 7.48 percent fluctuation compared to April of 2017. In brief, the indicator was -30.01% smaller in May 2017 than in the same month one year later. The overall changes for the prior 11 years reached a decrease of 7.91%. Besides, the gas and diesel oil production is now lower than its average which equals 35.96 thousand tonnes with a overall growth since the 2007. It attained its all-time high of 60.35 thousand tonnes in March 2017 and record low of 6.92 thousand tonnes in October 2014.
