Import of gear cutting, grinding and finishing machines to Brazil rises in 2017

Compared with the prior year industrial equipment import greatly climbed by 956.9 percent, adjusted numbers from United Nations Statistical Office indicate. Industrial equipment import grew sharply from 58 to 613, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it rose by 65.71 percent. The overall changes for the prior 18 years hit a rise of 696.1%. Still it has attained a negative CAGR of 0.16 percent over the 5 years with a modest overall raise since the 2000. It averaged 499 from 2000 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 3 881 in 2011 and record low of 35 in 2015.
