Import of sulphonated, nitrated or nitrosated derivatives of hydrocarbons to Armenia grows in 2017

Organic chemicals import strongly increased by 210 010 percent compared with the previous year, according to updated figures published by United Nations Statistical Office. Organic chemicals import grew greatly by 2 100.1 kilogram, versus the previous year when it dropped by 99.99%. The overall changes for the prior 18 years attained a rise of 186.64%. Still it has attained a diminution at a 0.46 percent compound average annual growth rate over the last five years with a negligible overall drop since the start of time series. It averaged 50 523.56 kilogram from 2000 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 180 699 kilogram in 2007 and record low of 1 kilogram in 2016.
