Import of yarn of artificial staple fibres not packaged for retail sale to Hungary: Increase in 2017

Yarn import greatly increased by 41.66% compared to one year earlier, adjusted data from European Commission indicate. Yarn import rose sharply from 149 300 kilogram to 211 500 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it climbed by 104.24%. The overall changes for the previous 15 years hit a decrease of 82.14%. Likewise, it has attained a negative compound average annual growth rate of 0.11% over the last five years with a marginal overall fall since the start of time series. It averaged 553 113.33 kilogram from 2003 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 1 818 000 kilogram in 2006 and record low of 73 100 kilogram in 2015.
