Export of manioc starch from Colombia goes down in 2016

Compared to the previous year manioc starch export diminished sharply by 53.98 percent, according to refreshed data published by United Nations Statistical Office. The variable strongly fell from 544 579 kilogram to 250 615 kilogram, compared with the prior year when it grew by 28.65%. The overall changes for the previous 26 years reached an increase of 969.36%. Likewise, it has attained a 0.18% compound average annual growth rate over the five years with a modest overall rise since the start of observations. It averaged 294 911 kilogram from 1991 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 1 397 364 kilogram in 2004 and record low of 97 kilogram in 1993.
