Naphtha export in France: Increase in June 2018

Naphtha export strongly rose by 48.99 percent compared to the prior month, new data from JODI Data demonstrate. The indicator climbed greatly from 1 326.1 thousand barrels to 1 975.8 thousand barrels, in comparison to the previous month when it dropped by 45.02%. The prior year, the variable remained stable in comparison with May, holding steady at 2 447.5 thousand barrels in June 2017. Year-on-year, this illustrates a -19.27% shift between June 2017 and June of the year after. France saw a growth of 9.36% in naphtha export during the last 9 years. Compared with its average, the naphtha export is now lower as the mean equals 2 107.35 thousand barrels with a negligible overall increase since the 2009. It reached its all-time high of 3 969.4 thousand barrels in February 2018 and record low of 614.1 thousand barrels in January 2010.
