Kerosene supply and demand balance in Chinese Taipei: Decrease in May 2018

According to figures issued by JODI Data, the indicator greatly decreased by 217.43% in comparison to the prior month. The variable dropped sharply by 0.95 thousand barrels per day, as it follows the tendency of the previous month when it declined by 103.95 percent. When examining the prior year, it can be reported that the indicator was decreasing by -199.66 percent and reached 5.51 thousand barrels per day in May. In brief, the variable was -109.28% lower in May 2017 than in the same month in 2018. Chinese Taipei saw a decrease of 110.92% in kerosene supply and demand balance over the past 9 years. Compared with its average, the kerosene supply and demand balance is now smaller as the mean equals 0.3 thousand barrels per day with a overall drop since the 2009. It attained its all-time high of 14.13 thousand barrels per day in April 2011 and record low of -21.24 thousand barrels per day in December 2014.
