Export of starch wheat from Oman drops in 2016
Starch wheat export decreased by 6.58% in comparison to the prior year, according to revised data published by United Nations Statistical Office. The indicator diminished from 14 115 US Dollar to 13 186 US Dollar, compared to the previous year when it rose by 23.07 percent. Oman saw a raise of 117.63% in starch wheat export during the last 28 years. Furthermore, it has shown a 0.05% average annual growth rate during the 5 years with a slight overall rise since the start of time series. It averaged 3 184.29 US Dollar from 1989 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 14 115 US Dollar in 2015 and record low of 130 US Dollar in 2010.
