Import of parts of non-recording electronic equipment to Algeria decreases in 2017

Audio and video equipment import diminished sharply by 49% in comparison to the prior year, according to refreshed figures released by United Nations Statistical Office. Audio and video equipment import strongly declined from 896 275 US Dollar in 2016 to 457 073.72 US Dollar previous year, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it dropped by 12.59%. Algeria saw a growth of 721.87% in audio and video equipment import during the last 26 years. Still it has attained a negative average annual growth rate of 0.05% over the last 5 years with a negligible overall rise since the start of observations. It averaged 919 603.34 US Dollar from 1992 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 10 301 503 US Dollar in 2011 and record low of 55 614 US Dollar in 1992.
