Glass and glass product manufacturing opening inventories in Canada: Raise in 2016

In comparison with the previous year glass opening inventories rose barely by 4.35%, revised data from Canada National Statistical Office show. Glass opening inventories hardly climbed by 7 688 thousand Canadian Dollars, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it went up by 8.85%. The overall changes for the previous 13 years reached a decrease of 31.33%. Furthermore, the glass opening inventories is now smaller than its average which equals 225 406.23 thousand Canadian Dollars and the variable indicates a marginal overall fall since the start of observations. It hit its all-time high of 405 765 thousand Canadian Dollars in 2007 and record low of 162 251 thousand Canadian Dollars in 2014.
