Export of fish-liver oils and fractions from France increases in 2016

Fish oils export sharply went up by 49.45 percent in 2016, according to new data published by United Nations Statistical Office. The variable greatly grew from 815 387 kilogram in 2015 to 1 218 611 kilogram previous year, in contrast to the prior year when it dropped by 24.57%. France saw a decrease of 17.98% in fish oils export over the past 23 years. Moreover, it has had a 0.28% average annual growth rate during the last 5 years with a marginal overall fall since the start of observations. It averaged 586 101.65 kilogram from 1994 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 1 485 756 kilogram in 1994 and record low of 124 700 kilogram in 2005.
