Chromium consumption in Vietnam: Growth in 2015

In 2015 chromium consumption greatly went up by 300%, refreshed statistics from U.S. Geological Survey present. The variable increased sharply by 3 thousand tonnes, in contrast to the prior year when it dropped by 87.5%. Vietnam saw a decline of 109.3% in chromium consumption during the last 13 years. Likewise, it has attained a drop at a 0.17% CAGR over the 5 years with a slight overall rise since the start of observations. It averaged -5.22 thousand tonnes from 2003 to 2015 and it attained its all-time high of 12.04 thousand tonnes in 2012 and record low of -59 thousand tonnes in 2004.
