Export of tanned or dressed furskins or skins (excluding rabbit, hare or lamb) from Romania: Diminution in 2017

The indicator strongly declined by 41.03 percent in 2017, according to new data issued by European Commission. The variable dropped sharply from 76 350 Euro in 2016 to 45 020 Euro prior year, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it went down by 54.58%. Romania saw a decline of 75.76% in furskin and skin export during the last 18 years. As well as it has shown a negative compound annual growth rate of 0.48 percent during the 5 years with a modest overall raise since the start of time series. It averaged 318 021.11 Euro from 2000 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 1 634 740 Euro in 2014 and record low of 4 720 Euro in 2009.
