Import of medicaments of alkaloids or derivatives thereof packaged for retail sale to Austria: Decrease in 2016

European Commission published that in comparison with the prior year the indicator decreased by 13.84%. It's the lowest ever observed since 2000 as alkaloid import fell by 3 444 040 Euro, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it declined by 9.41 percent. The overall changes for the prior 17 years attained a drop of 8.25%. Moreover, it has attained a decline at a 0.08% CAGR over the last 5 years with a marginal overall growth since the start of time series. It averaged 29 763 130.35 Euro from 2000 to 2016 and it hit its maximum of 48 058 520 Euro in 2008.
