Export of egg yolks except dried from the EU goes down in 2017

According to data published by United Nations Statistical Office, the indicator decreased by 28.79 percent in comparison with the prior year. Egg yolk export went down from 7 868 929.5 kilogram in 2016 to 5 603 536 kilogram previous year, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it fell by 1.2 percent. The overall changes for the previous 18 years hit a rise of 82.61%. Still it has shown a decline at a 0.01 percent CAGR during the five years with a slight overall growth since the start of observations. It averaged 4 548 406.36 kilogram from 2000 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 7 964 287 kilogram in 2015 and record low of 2 339 432 kilogram in 2004.
