Import of pipes or tubes of copper-nickel alloys to Singapore: Raise in 2016

According to updated figures announced by United Nations Statistical Office, in comparison to the previous year the indicator increased strongly by 298.17%. Copper import grew sharply from 136 130 kilogram in 2015 to 542 034 kilogram prior year, contrarily to the previous year when it fell by 33.64%. Singapore saw a growth of 253.8% in copper import over the past 28 years. Moreover, it has shown the compound average annual growth rate of 0.28% over the five years with a slight overall increase since the 1989. It averaged 271 390.14 kilogram from 1989 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 906 830 kilogram in 2004 and record low of 71 709 kilogram in 1993.
