Import of mandarin, clementine and citrus hybrids to Uruguay: Increase in 2016

Mandarin import greatly rose by 268.31 percent compared with the prior year, according to updated figures announced by United Nations Statistical Office. The variable strongly went up by 26 080 kilogram, versus the previous year when it decreased by 80.82%. The overall changes for the prior 19 years attained a rise of 87.93%. However, it has shown a drop at a 0.04 percent compound annual growth rate over the 5 years with a modest overall growth since the start of observations. It averaged 59 650.95 kilogram from 1998 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 299 040 kilogram in 2009 and record low of 9 720 kilogram in 2015.
