Re-export of egg yolks except dried from Hong Kong grows in 2017

According to refreshed figures released by United Nations Statistical Office, compared with the previous year egg yolk export climbed by 20.91%. It hit its 20-year high as the indicator increased from 99 984.45 US Dollar to 120 888.27 US Dollar, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it grew by 623.5 percent. Hong Kong saw a rise of 532.69% in egg yolk export during the last 20 years. Moreover, it has shown a growth at a 0.78 percent CAGR during the last five years with a modest overall raise since the start of observations. It averaged 28 397.86 US Dollar from 1998 to 2017 and it reached its minimum of 1 490 US Dollar in 2014.
