Export of textile fabrics coated with gum or amylaceous substances from Latvia: Increase in 2016

In 2016 textile export climbed sharply by 30.77 percent, updated statistics from United Nations Statistical Office demonstrate. The variable greatly went up from 13 kilogram to 17 kilogram, in contrast to the prior year when it decreased by 99.62%. Latvia saw a drop of 71.67% in textile export during the last 21 years. Besides, it has attained a diminution at a 0.75 percent compound average annual growth rate during the last five years with a slight overall raise since the 1996. It averaged 1 496.1 kilogram from 1996 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 18 983 kilogram in 2012 and record low of 5 kilogram in 2009.
