The overall changes for the prior 18 years hit a raise of 1 503.11%. Still it has attained a diminution at a 0.17 percent CAGR over the last 5 years with a negligible overall growth since the start of time series. It averaged 820.29 thousand kilograms from 1999 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 3 120.29 thousand kilograms in 2014 and record low of 62.39 thousand kilograms in 1999.
