Import of crude maize oil to Luxembourg declines in 2016

In 2016 maize oil import strongly dropped by 40.22%, according to statistics published by United Nations Statistical Office. The variable greatly went down from 54 398 kilogram in 2015 to 32 517 kilogram prior year, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it fell by 49.29%. The overall changes for the prior 18 years reached a drop of 47.84%. As well as it has shown a 0.05 percent compound average annual growth rate during the 5 years with a negligible overall fall since the start of observations. It averaged 69 206.06 kilogram from 1999 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 194 559 kilogram in 2001 and record low of 5 081 kilogram in 2008.
