Commercial vehicles in use in Uganda rises in 2017

Compared with the same time an year ago the indicator rose by 5.56%, according to statistics published by OICA. It's the highest value on record since 2005 as commercial vehicles in use increased from 360 thousand units to 380 thousand units, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it grew by 5.88 percent. Uganda saw an increase of 122.22% in commercial vehicles in use during the last 13 years. Furthermore, it has had a growth at a 0.05 percent CAGR during the five years with a slight overall rise since the start of time series. It averaged 273.23 thousand units from 2005 to 2017 and it reached its minimum of 171 thousand units in 2005.
