Export of printed plain weave cotton containing more than 85% by weight of cotton weighing more than 200 g/m2 from Australia increases in 2016

The variable sharply went up by 292.65 percent compared with the previous year, according to figures published by United Nations Statistical Office. The indicator increased strongly from 2 517 kilogram in 2015 to 9 883 kilogram prior year, contrarily to the previous year when it diminished by 50.7%. The overall changes for the prior 29 years hit a decline of 34.43%. As well as it has shown a negative average annual growth rate of 0.14 percent over the last 5 years with a modest overall increase since the start of observations. It averaged 21 469.45 kilogram from 1988 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 258 713 kilogram in 2002 and record low of 912 kilogram in 1992.
